About the Role

• To ensure that “Business Quality” is a core component of Sales Distribution all aspects of business conduct and strongly manifest in their execution is the AIA’s Operating Philosophy of “Doing the right thing, in the right way with the right people and the right results will come.”
• To provide dedicated support in ensuring adherence to established company rules and regulatory guidelines by executing through arbitration all dispute and case settlements.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the documentations (minutes of the meeting, recordings, transcriptions) of administrative hearing for all sales channel cases.

Prepare the NTE issuance for internal policy and operational breach cases.Facilitate administrative hearing for BQ internal case.

Prepare Sales Case Action Sheet (SCAS) for Disciplinary Committee (DC)

Coordinate with Central Investigation Unit (CIT) for cases escalated as MCG or Fraud.

Communicate and coordinate with sales leaders on the schedule of admin hearings.

Provide HBQ on the status and progress of all the sales channel internal policy cases.

Manage the timeliness and correctness of all cases facilitated for sales channels.

Prepare resolution of all internal policy cases and operational breach

Administrate end-to-end handling of Case Registry (from filing of complain to resolution)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

University/College graduate preferably major in communication or legal management with 2 years of relevant experience in employee relations or arbitration

Preferably degree holder in law studies or similar

Knowledge of bancassurance structure and insurance business environment is an advantage

Strong computer skills preferably with systems related to reports and analytics

Background in supervising team who handles any of the following functions: Compliance, Investigation, Arbitration or Employee Relations

Good interpersonal communication skills
