Your role

 

We are looking for a Sales area Manager Bandung to support our EssilorLuxottica Professional Solutions business in Indonesia. The sales area Manager Bandung serves as the sales Head of the lens business, leading it toward growth and profitability through sales product, analysis‌ and reporting. The role requires aligning sales decisions with the strategic objectives of the lens business. You are going to work closely with various departments to provide insights that help shape strategies and resource allocation decisions.

Main responsibilities:

 

Job Scope:

 

Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales Responsible for identifying, developing and managing new and ongoing business opportunities of Lenses, Frames and Instruments. Responsible for achieving sales target and growth of the responsibility accounts. Execute sales and marketing plans to grow existing and new accounts Develop appropriate Customer and product segmentation as commercial and marketing product focus. Sales revenues and growth of the responsibility accounts in Indonesia. Take in charge of account receivable for all responsibilities accounts with good coordination with ARCO Team. Account management, include pre and post-sales activities, pre call plan, marketing programs, relationship building, negotiation, proposals, reports, presentations.

 

Work closely with the accounts and marketing team to develop programs that maximizes sales potential and ensure timely execution and implementation of marketing activities and initiatives

 

Main requirements:

 

Age 25 - 35 years old. Bachelor Degree Business / Marketing / Diploma Refraksionist Optician Should have prior 5+ years of experience at Key Account Management or Sales account management or Sales Operations or business development role Has relevant experience in B2B and/or B2C business model Understand of the optical industry is a plus Experienced in project management Good communication skills and negotiation skills Analytical skills, Business Acumen Optometry knowledge is a plus Dynamic, motivated and self-driven also able to work well independently as well as in cross-functional teams Self motivated and Work Independently Can language English and Bahasa.

 

Extensive knowledge of the apparels/FMCG/luxury retail industry will be of added advantage
