Your Role
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and relational-oriented Sales Area Manager Distributor with excellent sales skills and experience in multinational fast-paced environments. In this role, you will be accountable for achieving sales targets in the area, developing business opportunities, and exploiting the market potential.
This is a crucial role in maintaining and developing solid relationships with our partners, supporting their growth through the transfer of technology culture, Competencies, and Processes.
The role is based in our HQ in Cesena, Italy; and requires availability to international business trips up to 50%/75% of the time.
Your ImpactSelect new distributors in line with business requirements and cash-flow capabilities Define 3/5 Years Development Plan (with investment roadmap and tracking) Ensure Contract compliance (exclusivity, mono-brand, CRM, etc.) Guarantee Brand Identity (website, trademarks, exhibitions, service quality, etc.) Coordinate the partners in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales network through the implementation of Technogym sales processes. Support external partners during special deals preparation and closing. Deliver training and ensuring skills development to the sales force of our partners Provide structured Feedback from the market (market, products, competitions, etc.) Conduct recurrent business reviews with all the managed partners. Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing view in the area assigned and managed Manage expenses to meet budget guidelines About You 7+ years of experience in a similar role Master's Degree, English and Italian fluency (minimum level C1 CEFR) Knowledge of other languages is a plus Background in premium brand companies Solid experience in dealing with distributors network/dealers Sales network management and organization Knowledge of sales techniques and long-term customer relationship management skills Sales operations: scheduling, sales activities planning, pipeline management Well-organized with highly effective project and time management skills Methodical with excellent attention to detail Self-motivated and results-driven Familiar to work with CRM – knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus Availability to travel 3 weeks per month
