Reporting Structure

 

The Sales Assistant, International Wholesale reports directly to the Manager, International Wholesale .

 

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

 

The Sales Assistant is an entry level position contributing to all aspects of the International wholesale and distribution business. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to learn and support the team in achieving financial objectives and brand positioning strategies.

 

Business development focused with particular attention on sales, customer service and operations. Organize and schedule all market appointments.Maintain all sales market materials (line sheets, order forms, Joor, etc.)Manage international sample shipments.Compile ATS reports to drive in-season re-orders.Maximize order fulfillment by tracking status with logistics and customer service teams.Support in compilation of selling reports for global analysis.Ambition and enthusiasm for building relationships with our current partners.     Strong awareness of company priorities for brand positioning and awareness.        Consistent awareness of competitors and trends within the territory to update supervisors and inform the company.               Highly organized, self-disciplined and eager to learn.Willingness to take on a wide range of tasks and responsibilities to support the team.

Qualifications/Experience We’re Looking For:

Self-starter, solution-oriented thinker.Proactive communication skills. Must be flexible & adaptable to an ever-changing industry, able to identify new opportunities for growth. Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships within the company (cross-functional teams) and outside with business partners and clients, always acting as a brand ambassador. Experience with Excel and ability to learn new systems. Language: Business and conversation proficiency in English required.
