Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Support Associate to join a dynamic team at an aircraft manufacturing facility in Arlington, TX. This is a full-time, onsite contract position expected to run through the end of the year. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, order processing, and administrative support, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: + Process quotes, orders, change orders, and RMA requests + Retrieve and post quotes, orders, and surveys from customer portals + Coordinate survey documentation with Quality and Accounting departments + Submit customer term requests to Accounting + Answer incoming calls and manage front desk responsibilities + Greet and welcome onsite visitors professionally + Make outbound calls to customers regarding order status, delivery dates, payment terms, quotes, and more + Support outside sales and marketing efforts + Coordinate logistics and materials for tradeshows + Enter customer feedback (praises/complaints) into the tracking log + Perform data entry into internal systems such as ABW and DocuWare + Sort and distribute incoming mail + Effectively multitask across various departments including Quality, Accounting, and Manufacturing Requirements Qualifications: + High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience + Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and data entry platforms + Strong communication and multitasking skills + Prior experience working cross-functionally with departments such as Quality, Accounting, and Manufacturing is a plus + Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
