As a Sales Assistant, you will support internal Trade sales teams and agency representatives to provide high-level support for customers and decision-makers across key Trade segments. Your responsibilities will include data entry and manipulation for leads, accounts, and opportunities, contract routing, and the creation of specifications and spec guides. You will collaborate with customer solutions on order management and lead times and provide additional support for the quote desk and program support, as well as assist agency reps with system administration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Manipulation: Handle Salesforce data entry for large inputs and prepare for buying group meetings.Contract Routing: Manage the routing of builder contracts.Agency Support: Provide technical systems support and troubleshooting for agency representatives.Meeting Coordination: Organize large meetings at HQ and coordinate trade show and customer meeting scheduling and logistics.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.Experience: Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams, and data entry and manipulation in Excel.Salesforce Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce for data entry and management is preferred.Organizational Skills: Strong skills in meeting coordination and event planning.
