Description We are in search of a Sales Assistant to become an integral part of our team located in BROOMFIELD, Colorado. In this role, you will be expected to handle various tasks related to sales activities and customer relationship management in the financial services sector. This is a short-term contract position that offers the chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Manage and process customer data in an accurate and efficient manner • Handle cash activities and ensure all transactions are correctly recorded • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and sales activities • Respond promptly to inbound calls, providing excellent customer service • Effectively communicate via email, ensuring all information is conveyed clearly and professionally • Understand and navigate buying processes to facilitate smooth transactions • Collect and enter data accurately, maintaining the integrity of our databases • Manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring all calls are directed to the appropriate parties • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on their status. Requirements • Job Title: Sales Assistant Requirements: • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar sales role • Proficiency in CRM systems for managing customer relationships and sales processes • Experience in data processing, data collection and data entry • Ability to manage cash activity and handle cash transactions efficiently • Excellent skills in answering inbound calls and operating multi-line phone systems • Familiarity with buying processes to assist customers in making purchases • Strong written communication skills, particularly in email communications • Proven ability in executing sales activity to drive business growth • Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
