As Sales Assistant you’ll support Account Managers in different locations across Europe in providing complex administrative support and information to key customers. Your role will involve some internal coordination and also plenty of direct contact with DSM’s external customers.

Key responsibilities:

Customer Centricity:

Facilitate and manage customers documentation requests for straights and premixes both for Dietary supplements and Pharma segment. Support on customer meeting preparation.Support resolution of customers' complaints in logistics and products.Facilitate follow-up for customers' technical inquires for formulation and application.Facilitate follow-up for customers/AM for quality inquiries. Sample requests and follow-up with customers and AMs.Support to AMs for getting contract in place and follow-up for contract signature process and storage.Lead vetting, pre-screening of lead with customers and support AMs to manage them.Support preparation of monthly team call/meeting deck for Sales Lead.Manage customers' communication on new, change notification and product launch.

Other Contracting support and CRM:

Facilitate customer NDA and TLA including tracking of the process.Facilitate and support AMs with CRM for projects and sales actions update and maintenance. CCR ManagementGeneral COA retrieval.

Reporting:

Develop ad hoc reporting from various system (CRM, NWP, IBP, SAP).

Teamwork:

Orchestrates customer relationship and activities with cross-functional support.Shares insights with colleagues.

You bring:

Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing field or science/technology required; food science degree preferred.At least3 years of related experience in assistance, sales, sales support, or marketing etc.Intermediate English - at least at B2 levelAbility to be comfortable in working independently and confident in making decisions as it relates to obtaining information for customer requests. Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook), experience with SAP would be an asset.Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating with various individuals at all functional levels within an organization to meet customer needs and support sales.
