Sales Assistant

The Sales Assistant will be supporting our Sales team by assisting with sales reports, contract coordination, managing sales documentation and liaising with other department, most especially Finance, to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support Prepare, update and maintain accurate sales reports to track team performance and progress toward targets. Analyze sales data and generate periodic summaries for internal use. Assist in maintaining accurate records of client transactions/campaigns. Generate sales reports and track performance metrics.

Coordinate with the Finance department to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures related to sales. Assist in resolving any discrepancies between sales and finance records.5. Administrative Support and Other Tasks
Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed. Performs other related task that may be assigned from time to time.
