Audacy-Madison is looking for entry & junior sales professionals ready to lead in the evolution of audio!  We are seeking a professional, bright, energetic, self-starter who is detail-oriented, able to multitask while providing support to Sales Managers and Account Executives.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

 

In this role, you will act as a liaison between the Account Executive and client.

Create sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials; creating and/or maintaining one-sheets and media kitsAssist Account Executives with preparing proposalsBuild deep business relationships through continually delivering great service and results to clients.Achieve Sales objectives and quotasAttend sales meetings, training sessions and client remotes as needed.Effectively prospect new clients, working with internal support to create and pitch strategic ideas communicating our value to clients and driving new businessGrow existing accounts, as well as manage all business aspects of the relationshipUpdate managers by consolidating, analyzing and forwarding daily action summariesConsistently use and maintain our CRM tool and utilize other platforms to perform daily business.Obtain local invoices for clients/agencies as needed; interacting closely with Traffic Department to ensure smooth execution of sales orders and track down missing copy and instructionsResolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers and customersPerform general administrative duties including filing, scanning and copying; provide back up to Traffic and provide phone coverage for stations as needed.Assist General Manager with client parties, i.e., scheduling, coordinating using approved vendorsWorks as a team with other departments, individualsContinually learn new products as our industry is evolving, and proactively create new opportunities for you to communicate our value proposition to clients. Includes but not limited to: Podcasting, Streaming Audio, Over The Air, OTT Video, and digital performance media (SEO/SEM, Social)

Wide Orbit and other traffic software experience is a plus. Able to easily adapt to new software programs as may occur from time to time based on industry standards and market needs.Ability to organize, break down, and clearly articulate complex thoughts, ideas, and instructions in oral and written form (willing and able to command a room)A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.

 

Preferred:

1 to 3 years in Media, Sales, or customer service background preferred, but not requiredBachelor’s Degree Important Notes:
