Consulting is the engineering and consulting branch of the SUEZ
Group that assists local authorities and industrial companies in their
ecological and energy transition as well as in their adaptation to climate
change. Our talents are therefore operating in the environment sector (water,
waste, biodiversity, etc.), urban planning, energy and mobility sectors,
serving the environmental transition of our public and private customers.
You will
join the International Department (DI) of Suez Consulting. DI has a turnover of
more than 50M€, realized in EU, Eastern Europe, Asia, Pacific, Africa and
Middle East. The projects are mostly financed by international donors (AFD, WB,
ADB, EU, EIB...), for which our teams intervene in engineering and consulting
of essential services: water & wastewater infrastructures, environment
& waste circular economy, urban planning, mobilities, energy transition and
economy and governance - mainly in developing and emerging countries.
YOUR
MISSIONS
The Sales
Assistant works in support of our business Consultants to design commercial
offers and send them to the clients according to the right procedure.
You work
together with our experts, managers and strategy consultants to prepare and
deliver commercial offers and tender files on time.You gather the necessary files and administrative/commercial
information close to the concerned people within SUEZ Consulting (Consultants,
Managers, Technical experts…)You ensure
that offers and tender files are complete and perfectly finished before
sending. Your skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word will be key for it..You
organize meetings and workshops of our consultants with the clients.As part of
the sales team , you contribute to the business development target by improving
the excellence in proposal preparation; you organize REX on lost/win
opportunities, develop a Market Intelligence about market/competition landscape
and propose strategies to increase success rate.You pay
attention to the respect of sales processes: Irreproachable use of CRM, full
mastery of Sales and Risk Management processes. You actively provide feedback
and seeks manner to improve processes and toolsYou are
working in an international environment and collaborate with sales managers in
Belgium and abroadYou
support the sales team in preparing presentations to clients, reviewing
layouts, etc.
