Our growth has created an immediate need for an Assistant Sales Manager, to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full time inside management position. Responsibilities: * Lead, develop and direct an in-home sales team * Interview and hire salespeople * Facilitate training in both one-on-one and group settings Requirements: * 2 years minimum managing sales teams * Personal sales background of at least 2 years with demonstrated track record * Commitment to follow our proven, successful sales model * Positive attitude towards achievement * Great communication, organization, and coordination skills * Working knowledge of Windows Office, Excel * Experience working with consumers * Retail sales and management * Must be living in St. Petersburg area Salary: $72,000/ year This is a full-time position with a monthly bonus opportunity and benefits.
