Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organization. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home offices, pantries, garage cabinetry and more. Our growth has created an immediate need for an Assistant Sales Manager, to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full time inside management position.

Responsibilities:

Lead, develop and direct an in-home sales team Interview and hire salespeople Facilitate training in both one-on-one and group settings

Requirements:

2 years minimum managing sales teams Personal sales background of at least 2 years with demonstrated track record Commitment to follow our proven, successful sales model Positive attitude towards achievement Great communication, organization, and coordination skills Working knowledge of Windows Office, Excel Experience working with consumers Retail sales and management Must be living in St. Petersburg area

Salary: $72,000/ year

This is a full-time position with a monthly bonus opportunity and benefits.
