Sales Assistant Manager

Job Purpose

Manage and develop the assigned accounts / distributors in order to achieve the company's business goals.Be responsible for the company's strategic accounts e.g. upcountry via key account management approachEngage in specifier engagement program in order to generate spec-in projects and strengthen relationship with key M&E specifiers and electrical designers in key accounts.Develop business opportunity for all kinds of cable solutions for both government utilities and private sectors.

Principal Responsibilities

To support sales and marketing activities as well as develop competencies of the company’s customers / distributors in order to penetrate markets and achievement of the company’s business objectives.To develop business opportunities with assigned strategic accounts via key account management approach.To develop business opportunities for all kinds of cable solutions for both Government utilities and private sectorsTo take lead in Specifier Engagement Program in order to generate spec-in projects and general markets.Strengthen relationship with key M&E specifiers and electrical designers in key accounts.Acquire market information and competitor information.Review Value Chain process and give appropriate recommendations as needed.Safety responsibility:

            -           Learn to work safely and take all rules seriously.

            -           Recognize hazards and avoid them.

            -           Report all accidents, injuries, and illnesses to your supervisor immediately.

            -           Inspect tools before use to ensure that they are in good condition.

            -           Wear all assigned personal protective equipment.

Quality responsibility:

-           Ensuring quality standards are meet with organization's quality goals and expectations and international standard

To handle special tasks assigned by management

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the cable or manufacturing industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customersStrong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and priorities effectivelyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) softwareA team player with a proactive and customer-focused attitudeFluency in English and Thai, both written and verbal
