The Sales Associate position strives to bring in and develop versatile people passionate about media, advertising, and serving clients. The role will immerse high potential individuals into an operational-focused full-time role supporting our sales group–providing a complete picture of media sales and training for future advancement. Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Sales, Inventory, and Traffic specialists to ensure the seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
• Client Order Management: Handle client order entry and project management, coordinating with internal departments to guarantee client satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Campaign Monitoring: Track and report on campaign impressions regularly, collaborating with various departments to make necessary adjustments for optimal delivery and billing.
• Issue Resolution: Generate and analyze reports to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to campaigns and creative content.
• Financial Coordination: Partner with Billing and Finance teams to clear discrepancies and ensure accurate revenue recognition at the end of campaigns.
Basic Qualifications:
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 1 year experience in data entry
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required to interface across multiple levels and groups
• The ability to understand and work with numbers, including basic arithmetic and more advanced algebraic concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Acute attention to detail and responsible work ethic
• Highly motivated self-starter and exceptional team player, with a strong ability to rapidly learn and adapt to evolving industry and organizational environments
• Desire and interest to work in advertising sales across media & entertainment platforms
Additional Qualifications:
• 1 year experience in media sales, advertising or adjacent field a plus
• Experience in WideOrbit a plus
