AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT

ABOUT US:

SUMMARY:

The role of an Automotive Sales Consultant is to assist HGreg customers with their shopping experience and help them find the perfect car for their needs. This will include leading our customers through the HGreg sales process and ensuring an exceptional buying experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Greet all customers promptly and in a courteous manner

Lead customers through the entire HGreg sales process

Use HGreg CRM tool (DealerSocket) effectively to track all customer interactions

Share HGreg’s Concept Statement and educate all customers on our Core Values 

Take customers on test drives and ensure they understand the vehicle’s operating features

Sell and deliver a minimum number of units per month

Attend product and sales training courses as requested by Management

Turns 100 percent of closed deals to finance and insurance manager, along with properly completed paperwork (insurance information, trade title etc.).

Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery 

Delivers vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork.



 SCHEDULE:


8-hour daily shift including weekends

2 days off/week

LICENSE:

Must maintain a valid in-state Driver’s License and be considered insurable with the dealerships insurance policy.
