Sales Associate

The Sales Associate is responsible for setting five to 10 sales appointments weekly for the Sales team and selling B2B building maintenance solutions. The Sales Associate will work with the Sales team to support the bid process and follow-up communications.

Responsibilities

Identify janitorial sales targets by making proactive field visits, phone calls, and sending emails to business owners, facility managers, property managers and decision makers to generate appointments. Sell City Wide services to potential prospects.  Assist the sales team by providing product information, share sales ideas, gather competitive market data, and the development of sales quotes. Manage all sales prospecting and communication activities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Handle incoming phone calls and requests for information. Support sales initiatives to achieve goals through calling and email campaigns. Support the sales team by creating sales presentations, scheduling appointments with prospects, communicating lost accounts and competitor analysis.
