The Position
As a Customer Account Manager, you will take ownership of a designated portfolio of customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions.

Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll proactively manage relationships, secure contract renewals, and drive growth by aligning our services with customer needs.

The Person

Proven experience in account management or customer relationship rolesStrong negotiation and strategic planning skillsA customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering value and satisfaction.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesFamiliarity with Iron Mountain’s services or the information management industry is a plus
