What You'll Be Doing

Review ready mix orders and tickets for accuracy and additional charges.  Make necessary changes in system.Review cash sale orders and settle credit card payments.Enter and maintain confirmed quotes in system.Process daily report for all prevailing wage orders.Respond to customer inquiries, emails invoices and tickets, research customer concerns and escalations.

What Are We Looking For

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work and collaborate with a team.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
