POSITION: The purpose of the Sales Associate is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales, lead generations, prospects booking into Demo Classes. The Sales Associate also assists with retaining current members and keep studio organized.

COMPENSATION & PERKS:

REQUIREMENTS:

1 yr. experience on Retail Sales required1 yr. experience on Fitness, Yoga or Massage Studio Sales preferredExperience on membership or packages sales preferred.High school, GED or Equivalent RequiredHighly dependable and reliableMust be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Goal-oriented ability to achieve memberships, retail and private training sales Must communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleagues Must have excellent public speaking skillsExperience on social media marketing preferred,Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills requiredAbility to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workdayMust be fluent in English, excellent communication skills via in person, phone and emailMust have proficient computer skillsAble to work weekend and/or afternoon shifts

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closeConduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needsMaintain acceptable level of personal sales production Meet monthly sales expectations and objectivesEmphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness providerPresent available services to current or prospective membersBook quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotaParticipate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the clubAssumes responsibility for developing selling skillsOther duties as assigned
