Due to a recent promotion, Audi Royal Oak is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join the busy team! This is GREAT way to get your foot in the door to a Sales role!

 

About the position, not limited to:

Complete all New and Used deliveries Full knowledge and explanation of vehicle operationsIn control set up for clients Complete new and CPO delivery checklists for every clientComplete second deliveries when requiredIntroduction and dealership walk around at delivery (Parts and Service)Inspect vehicles prior to delivery (watermarks, footprints, dirty windows)Verify there isn’t a Beam Dongle connected to the OBDII PortFollow up for second deliveriesFollow up for reviews, surveys and CSIs in order to obtain 10/10sMerchandising showroom vehicles and making sure they get chargedDealership social media contentChecking in transport drop-offs when lot staff is unavailableHome deliveries and assisting service customers with technology issuesAssisting lot staff with moving cars when requiredPlate registrations and organization of Demo vehicles
