Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

You MUST have 2+ years experience in a Retail and Sales environmentExtremely fast paced, Customer Service is #1 and is a non negotiablePrevious experience with Point of Sale Systems strongly preferredPrevious salon/spa experience preferred but not requiredCritcal thinking skills are a MUSTHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent problem solving and troubleshooting skillsTrack record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service!Ability to multitask with easeFrequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour long shiftsHas the technical ability and skills to operate a point of sale systemProblem solver – use logic and support resources to solve problems at the front deskMaintains professional demeanor under pressureDrybar follows all applicable federal, state and local laws regarding background checks

 

 

 

Qualifications 2+ Years experience with Retail or Service related industryYou must have experience with the above or your resume will not be reviewedMust work Fridays and Saturdays and alternate SundaysYou must be customer centric firstWe are dealing with the public; this role requires for you to be outgoing and personable and focus to maintaing a high level of cusotmer experienceWe are selling the Drybar experience which is great vibes and a positie exprience.
