Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

MUST have weekend (Saturday AND Sunday) shift availability and holiday eves (Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve) Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service! Your are a PEOPLE PERSON! Experience in a fast paced, customer service centric environment (sales associate, retail sales associate, customer service representative, store associate, salon associate, or a similar position)Previous experience with Point of Sale (POS) Systems strongly preferred, i.e. Booker, MindBody, SalonCloud, etcPrevious salon/spa experience preferred but not requiredAbility to work at a sustained, fast paceMaintains professional demeanor under pressureExcellent problem solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to multitask with easeFrequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour long shiftsAble to use logic and support resources to solve problems at the front deskHigh school diploma or equivalent Legal Disclaimer ©2023 DB Franchise, LLC (“DBF”).
