What you can expect:

As a Sales Associate in our Hugo Boss store, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and building lasting relationships with our valued customers.

\n\n\n\tDeliver outstanding customer service and build a loyal customer base.\n\tGather and manage CRM data to ensure high-quality customer information.\n\tContribute to achieving location performance targets and individual KPIs.\n\tHandle transactions, complaints, and returns with efficiency and professionalism.\n\tParticipate in regular trainings to continuously develop your skills.\n\tSupport operations for loss prevention and stock management.\n\tUtilise business systems and latest technology effectively.\n\tDrive the use of available tools and ensure adherence to procedures and policies.\n\n\n

Your profile:

\n\tPrevious experience in a similar management role within a fashion and lifestyle retail environment\n\tPassionate in leading, motivating and training team members through active supervision\n\tAbility to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business\n\tDemonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge\n\tWillingness to constantly learn & develop\n\tExcellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal\n\tExperience in networking & building relationships \n
