The position of Media & Entertainment Sales Associate is responsible for developing and supporting new business relationships within the media and entertainment industry.

What You Will Be Doing:Develop prospective clients through several strategies including internet sourcing, trade shows, referrals, market research, various professional directories and personal investigation
Engage in daily strategic outreach efforts (cold calls, email campaigns, digital marketing, LinkedIn, networking events) to source new clients + opportunities
Responsible for growing new business from existing clients and expanding current relationships; focus on relational selling
Work closely with sales management throughout sales cycles to identify, qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
Research and develop a comprehensive understanding of the media and entertainment industry, including industry trends, major players, current events, and competitive landscape
Establish a deep understanding of TransPerfect, particularly our services, technologies, and dubbing studios that support media and entertainment
Work collaboratively with various internal groups, including production, marketing, and sales management to provide the best possible solutions to our clients
Who We Are Looking For:Your experience includes:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service + interpersonal skills
Highly motivated and goal-oriented
Effective time management + organizational skills
Proactive approach to problem solving
Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred:
Prior internship/work experience, preferably in sales or customer service
Presentation skills/eye for design
General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
