You'll work with the Sales team to learn and support the bid process and follow-up communications as you grow. Here's what you'll be doing on a daily and weekly basis + Identify sales targets by making proactive field visits, phone calls, and sending emails to business owners, facility managers, property managers and decision-makers to generate opportunities for sales. + Can you use a CRM system and emailing platform? Requirements What is required of you as a Sales Associate? Position Requirements + Bachelor’s Degree or 1-2 years of successful sales and/or sales support work experience in a B2B sales environment. + Cold calling/prospecting experience is a plus and attitude is a must. + Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) + Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar platform experience a plus + Excellent communication skills (written/oral) + Prior history of building and establishing relationships + Capable of working independently and as team Benefits + A strong, un-capped incentive compensation plan for top performers.
