THE JOB:
A Retail Sales Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operations of a retail store. Their primary responsibilities revolve around providing our Guest with exceptional guest services. Maintaining a consistent brand standard and a comfortable shopping experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $16.00 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Engage all guest in a friendly manner using Superior Customer ServiceAssist Guest with their needs and drive sales with up-selling.Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest’s ease of shopping.Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail ManagementFollow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

At least 6 months of Retail experienceAble to operate a Retail POS SystemAble to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal formsExcellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail.Exceptional communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities.Takes pride in their work and is self- motivated.Enjoys working with a team to promote a collaborative environment.

Pay Range:

The starting rate for this role is:

$16.00

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
