HUGO BOSS is seeking a Sales Associates to join in one of our store team located in La Roca Outlet (Barcelona).
\n\nIn the role as a Sales Associate, you are passionate about our products & brand to provide Customer Service Excellence at all times whilst building a loyal customer to drive commercial success.
\n\n\n\n
- 30 hours per week.
\n\n- We are looking for someone who is able to speak Chinese at an intermediate to advanced level.
\n\n- Advanced English level is required.
\n\n- Previous Experiences as a Sales Associate ( is a plus.)
\n\n- KPIS and previous experience.
\n\n- Inmediate incorporation.

\n\n\n\tParticipate in regular trainings to continuously develop\n\tFollow all induction related processes (e.g. Induction Workbook)\n\n\n\n\n
Product
\n\n\n\tFollow all provided Collection Training & VM Guidelines\n\tSupport to maintain the shop floor, assist with visual merchandising, stock management & replenishment\n\tSupport in all merchandise related processes (e.g. deliveries & returns)\n\tSupport in all stock take & cycle counts related processes\n\n\n\n\n
Performance
\n\n\n\tBe familiar with all company store & individual KPI’s & targets\n\tFollow all provided action plans to improve productivity\n\tSupporting in all operations for loss prevention & stock management\n\tBuild & maintain a strong commercial awareness of competitors & local markets \n\n\n\n\n
Customer Service.
\n\n\n\tDeliver Customer Service Excellence whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers\n\tEstablish a customer centric mindset to ensure customer experience\n\tResponsible for CRM data gathering & quality management\n\tSupport store management in transaction, complaint & return handling\n\n\n\n\n
Processes&Systems
\n\n\n\tProficient utilization of business systems & latest technology\n\tFollow all company policies (Health & Safety, Store Operations Manual, Retail Teamwear, etc.)\n
Your profile:
\n\tDemonstrated experience of retail sales in a luxury brand environment\n\tWilling to adapt and take on new challenges\n\tAlways presents a professional image\n\tSuccessfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities\n\tProfessionalism is maintained under all circumstances\n\tFuent english c1 Advantaged.\n\tAnother Languaje is a plus.\n
