Greet customers promptly upon their arrival in the store by establishing eye contact, sharing a friendly smile, and extending assistance.Give all customers prompt and courteous service.Protect the integrity of the 'Crosby's' brand by meticulously crafting in-store prepared fresh food and made-to-order dishes, adhering strictly to Crosby's recipes, specifications, and high standards.Promote the expansion of our loyalty program 'My Crosby's Rewards' by informing customers about the advantages of joining and guiding them through the enrollment process.Team player that embodies and supports the Reid Group Mission and Values in all aspects of job performance.Essential Functions
Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and reach for long periods of time.Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions, shift reports and vendor check-ins.Visual acuity to check identification.Be able to read and understand instructions for operating lottery, point of sale systems and other equipment.Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.Be able to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.Be able to enter and work in a cooler with a temperature of 34 degrees up to 60 minutes at a time.
