HUGO BOSS is looking for a qualified sales associate for its BOSS Outlet Store located in Las Rozas Village, Madrid.

\n\n

We need a sales associate for immediate incorporation to work 30  hours per week.

\n\n

 

\n\n

Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sundays.

\n\n

 

\n\n

Skills:

\n\n\n\tPrevious experience in premium retail as a sales associate (Luxury is a plus).\n\tPrevious experience in Outlet or high-volume stores.\n\tGood level of English B2-C1 advanced.\n\tAnother language will be highly valued (French, Arabic, German, or another language).\n\tAvailability to work 36 hours per week from Monday to Saturday.\n\tAlways afternoon or rotating Middle Shift\n\n\n

\n\tTo provide excellent levels of customer service and surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity\n\tTo maximise every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets  and KPI indicators\n\tTo identify customer needs and answer all product-related questions. Be able to respond to queries regarding price, location, features, benefits and use of HUGO BOSS merchandise\n\tTo ensure all customers' orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time\n\tTo optimise product knowledge to the best advantage in recommending and drawing customer's attention to products in order to maximise selling opportunities\n

\n\tDemonstrated experience of retail sales in a luxury brand environment\n\tWilling to adapt and take on new challenges\n\tAlways presents a professional image\n\tSuccessfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities\n\tProfessionalism is maintained under all circumstances\n
