We are looking for a Sales Associate for our newly renovated HALO store on Passeig de Gràcia (Barcelona), the largest HUGO BOSS store in Europe, specializing in Womenswear. Join us for this new and exciting experience!

\n\n\n\t36 hours per week.\n\t6 days per week, 6 hours per day. Rotating shifts, mostly afternoon shifts.\n\tExperience in premium or luxury retail.\n\tImmediate availability.\n

 

What you can expect:

\n\tProvide excellent levels of customer service and exceed customer expectations at every opportunity.\n\tMaximize every sales opportunity to achieve the store's sales targets and individual KPI indicators.\n\tIdentify customer needs and respond to all product-related inquiries.\n\tBe able to answer questions regarding the price, location, features, benefits, and usage of HUGO BOSS products.\n\tEnsure that all customer orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time.\n\tOptimize product knowledge to recommend and draw customer attention to products in order to maximize sales opportunities.\n

 

Your profile:

\n\tProven experience in retail sales 1-3 years and tailoring within a luxury brand environment.\n\tWillingness to adapt and take on new challenges.\n\tAlways presents a professional image.\n\tAbility to successfully handle multiple demands and competing priorities.\n\tProfessionalism maintained in all circumstances.\n\tFluent in English. B2 First Certificate.\n
