THE JOB:

As a Bellagio Retail Sales Associate at Tutto, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by personalizing product recommendations to our diverse guests within our various retail locations.  It is the primary duty of a Retail Sales Associate to provide our guests with exceptional guest service consistent with MGM International brand standards, and to provide a comfortable shopping experience.  You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY:  $17.00 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Interact warmly with all guests, applying our SHOW Service Basics program, to create memorable WOW MomentsGreet and engage with guests, smiling, and hearing their stories as you offer tailored product recommendations, drive sales and complete transactions within the POS registersDeliver exceptional service to guests by utilizing problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and prioritizing guest safetyProfessionally market general merchandise and fashion items for men and women, including quality apparel, accessories, beverages, and snacksEnsure a clean and safe shopping environment by maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and consistently replenishing the floor from the stock roomOwn the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail ManagementFollow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling proceduresParticipate in our sales incentive program, where you’re rewarded for achieving sales goalsPerform other job‐related duties as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

21+ Years of age or olderEither possess, or can obtain an Alcohol Awareness CardMust be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays

 THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

One (1) year Retail Sales experienceOne (1) year Cash Handling experiencePrevious work experience in a similar resort setting and ability to operate a retail POS systemTakes pride in their work, is detail oriented and can multitaskExceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholdersAble to effectively communicate in English and Spanish, in both written and verbal forms
