Sales Asst Analyst
Overview This role is responsible for supporting the KSA & UAE BU markets Commercial, finance & planning & other support functions with key reporting and analysis of performance by Channel, Key Customer and Sales Area against key deliverables, Adding value to the reports suite, this role also provides meaningful insights and recommendations to the KSA & UAE sales team, highlighting all opportunities for growth and productivity. The Commission Analyst roles has the added key responsibility of interacting with the relevant sales capability team members to gather the data and analyze sales data to calculate commission payouts for sales representatives along with PepsiCo Finance and control teams . Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities • Support PepsiCo Sales Operation leadership team (typically L11+) - with standard reporting against established performance measurables as well as ad-hoc reporting requests. • Responsible on all financial & Sales reporting related to the assigned market on the agreed frequency with high level of accuracy. The accuracy of these reports has significant impact on Pepsico spends related decisions running into Millions of Dollars,– apart from the Sales operation team themselves, whom the analyst role supports. • Partner with Cluster Commercial Leadership to revise and refine reporting requirements, ensuring outputs remain relevant, meaningful and user-friendly to best support decision-making. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual commission reports for management. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in commission payouts. Prepare detailed reports for sales leaders and executives on compensation-related metrics. • Maintain and update commission structures and policies. Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate commission calculations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual commission reports for management. • Evaluate the effectiveness of current commission programs and recommend enhancements. • Conduct regular audits of commission payments to ensure compliance with company policies. • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales and commission-related financial data. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, focusing on commission-related expenses. Provide analytical support for commission plan changes or adjustments. • Support business development and continuous improvement initiatives to drive growth and efficiency both within Cluster and GBS Hub • Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure alignment on commission payment cycles. Conduct training sessions for the sales team on commission structures and processes People Responsibilities • Develop daily interaction with senior leadership with the market under scope. Across multiple Functions including Sales team, and BU Finance Planning and Controls teams • Develop winning relationships with key stakeholders including the Sales Operational team , Commercial function, embedding GBS Commercial Analytics services within the organisation • Act as a point of contact and trusted business partner for Sales Operation & Commercial team, participating in standard operational review calls with key stakeholders and Business Leaders • Support the Reporting & Analytics Lead and Cluster Sales Lead with all initiatives to improve GBS service offerings. • Work closely with wider GBS team members to deliver full loop data support to Cluster business. • Support business development and continuous improvement initiatives to drive growth and efficiency both within Cluster and GBS Hub Qualifications • Bachelors in Business / Accounting; MBA preferred • Min 0-1 years of experience in Analytics & Reporting within FMCG (Sales or Finance) • Strength in IT with ability to develop complex analytical modeling, advanced analytical and reporting visualization tools including Power BI and / or tableau , (AI an advantage) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills Essential • Fluent English with excellent interpersonal skills • Exceptional written and oral communication, adapting approach by situation and audience • Demonstrated experience with MS Excel (Advanced), Power BI & Commercial Analytics tools • Collaboratively and proactively works with multi-functional teams • Flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities • Experience using SAP, SAP BI Good to have: • Working knowledge of AI Tools to leverage in Reporting and Analytics • Financial Background.
