YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

New System integration, create interface for channel partner engagement Single touch point for channel partners (RTCI): Establishment and upgrade of Crop Science's full process (BD-SCP/CP-BSR) goods flow data tracking system to advance the digital information management process of sales team and channel partners.Support SCP, improve SCP's digital capability, understand industry informatization, deepen understanding of business needs, and provide solutions on existing systems, (E-order/E-rebate/E-contract, etc.) to help SCP improve information management. Leading and integrating the re-launch of BZT, replacing the old BJG system. Upgrading the system and developing more rigorous system rules based on business processes to avoid the recurrence of historical problems. Promote the front and back-office link between Antavo system and BZT system from business perspective to ensure the stable operation of retailer loyalty program; Stricter management of the new BZT points, adding a manual spot-checking mechanism while the system calculates the points to ensure that the points are calculated correctly to the greatest extent possible. Optimize the BZT system to promote the system solution according to the upgrading of retailer loyalty strategy every year to ensure that it can adapt to the optimization of the company's strategy. Manage IT vendors from a business perspective to ensure the quality of project delivery. Through in-depth understanding of vendors, effectively evaluate the continuous service level of vendors and prepare effective backup solutions to ensure smooth transition of systems, services, and data, and guarantee the stability of daily business operation. Translate business specific requirement descriptions into IT professional language, accurately communicate requirements to suppliers, assess the trustworthiness of supplier feedback, and leave sufficient buffer space for smooth project delivery.Effectively manage the complexity of the project implementation process and prioritize the development specific to the business requirements during the specific project implementation process to ensure the smooth implementation of the development project. Data quality monitoring and industry-related data collection to support the company's digitalization process a) External Data:Search for 2nd-tier market data and ensure the development of insightful periodic and ad-hoc analysis reports. And establish & continue improve sales relevant data warehouse on data collection and integration for internal/external data. Improve data quality:Establish data quality checking process and monitoring mechanism and ensure the accuracy of the company's business data through continuous optimization. Data Correction:Correction of historical error data through rational solutions and communication programs.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent At least 5 years’ experience in data analysis, IT pre-sales, IT Consulting or related field At least 1 year’s vender managerial/supervisory experience required Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) preferred Ability to synthesize and to communicate complex subjects in a clearly struct
