ResponsibilitiesManaging Inquiry / ForecastCapture customer inquiry or forecasted demand in SAP while in doubt, able to clarify with Account Managers (internally)
Managing quote, chasing order bookingPro-actively monitor change of quotation and liaise with OMD to create PO
Support the delivery process and return process (RMA) if neededPro-actively monitor delivery / RMA status and update stakeholders (internally / externally)
Other CT / account support activitiessupport per request (data collection / status check / follow-up with stakeholders when needed)
Initiate order booking process and facilitate hand-over to downstreamEnsure proper handover of quote; customer order for booking by ABS
Improvement projectsActing as contributor in projects
