Job Description

Pre-Sales, Sales & Business Development Manager for Access Control & Intrusion Systems in Saudi Arabia, based in Riyadh.

Responsible for turnover and achieving annual & monthly sales targetSetting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growthDevelop, implement and follow-up the country strategy within agreed budget, based on strategyImplement Channel Strategy and develop/manage local customer portfolio by increasing share of wallet with existing customers and identifying additional business opportunities with new customers/verticals/influencersActively work with key influencers and end-users and act as Key Influencer Manager for defined local influencersActively get involved in tender specification of large projects, drive specification of BT and convert these tenders into salesDevelop, implement and follow-up on local customer strategies and marketing initiativesIdentify and research potential clientsDevelop and maintain client relationshipsTrack, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipelineDevelop and manage strategic partnerships to grow businessDrive the end-to-end sales & BDM process

QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering or Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, MBA is a plusExperience in Security Industry preferably Access Control & IntrusionIT exposure in networking, IP-based technologies and applications Fluent in Arabic & English   At least 5+ year experience in sales & business development and/or strategic marketing, preferably in high-tech multinational companies and involved in Security business unitExcellent customer orientation and networking skillsExcellent team player and multi-tasking skillsHigh degree of self-motivation & accuracy performs well under pressure, flexibility, self-confidence, high willingness to learn, result- orientation, self-organizationTravelling is required within the assigned region and to our HQ in The Netherlands or Germany.
