The Opportunity:

A Sales & Business Development Operations Coordinator (SC) is responsible for the delivery of all sales operations functions while ensuring the seamless execution of critical sales operations processes. 


The SC seeks to build KBR Growth capability through developing and enabling process and procedures to meet the needs of the organisation and ensures compliance. 


The SC is a member of the GS APAC Growth and Business Development Team and works collaboratively with all team members including Proposal Managers, Capture Managers and Business Development Managers to ensure sales operations functions and reports are delivered on time.


They have a key role cooperatively across the KBR lines of business and enabling functions for client-focused outcomes.  


The role requires exceptional skills at handling multiple simultaneous tasks to successfully meet tight deadlines in a fast paced and quickly evolving environment. Additionally strong people skills are needed to develop long-lasting relationships with stakeholders to deliver outcomes across the business.


The SC must be highly skilled in analysing complex data and information, translating the findings into actionable messages, deliverables, and presentations that are accurate, clear, simple, and evidence based. 

The key responsibilities of the role, but is not limited to: 

The Sales and Business Development Operations Coordinator is dynamic and organized to support and streamline the operations of our sales and business development teams. This role will involve a mix of strategic and tactical responsibilities, with a focus on improving operational efficiency, data management, reporting, and cross-functional communication. The roles a good understanding of sales processes, a passion for detail and optimizing processes and workflows, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to support sales functions.


The key responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

All aspects of sales operations support including process and system management.

Coordinating with various lines of business and enabling function teams to gather necessary information and resources.

SharePoint administration and management for Sales functions

Maintenance of sales operations quality systems and development of procedural documentation.

Maintaining a documentation repository (SharePoint).

Tracking sales metrics and outcomes as required.

Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Administration of the Salesforce and being a point of contact for maintenance and training 

Conducting reporting as required

Maintenance of Dashboards and relevant financial reporting

As the ideal candidate you will bring:

Essential:

Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a similar role 

Expertise in Word, Excel, MS Project

Proficiency with document management and SharePoint

Strong Communication Skills

Stakeholder management experience

Strong attention to detail

Project/Program delivery experience

Data Analysis and Reporting experience

Desirable:

Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Project Management, or a related discipline

Shipley certification

Salesforce administration experience
