Sales Business Leader - Ultrasound (Office-Based, Mississauga)

The Ultrasound Business Leader is responsible for providing leadership to the local modality business team to support and drive the sales process and is accountable for ensuring close collaboration with all business stakeholders in Philips Canada and North America.
**Your role:**
+ Lead a team of Account Managers, Technical and Clinical Applications Specialists
+ Ensure the Specialists are providing deep clinical and technical knowledge of their products and modalities to support both pre and post sales activities
+ Develop and practice effective coaching skills to create a high performing team and foster a culture of teamwork and information sharing.
+ Collaborate with District Sales Managers & Account Executives to create winning account and deal strategies which include a One Philip approach to the customer.

•Minimum of 10 years of industry (healthcare / medical device) experience involving
+ You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in management with solid people leadership skills and 10+ years in industry (healthcare/ Medical device
+ Your skills include developing business strategy to achieve or exceed goals, metrics and expectations on complex large scale deals
+ Bilingual in English and French is preferred as you will be working with customers Canada wide including Quebec
+ You have a bachelors degree and MBA is preferred
+ You participate in defining and controlling of the implementation of the business policy, pricing strategy and product/modality to be sold by the BU in the region, according to established guideline
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

**Philips Transparency Details**
The pay range for this position is $129,500 to $203,500. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
