About the Role We are looking to recruit a Sales Capability Trainer to join our Commercial Excellence and Operations team, and work across both Primary Care and Specialty Care within the Vaccines portfolio. The Sales Capability Trainer is responsible for improving capability of the sales force through designing, implementing and delivering product, systems, selling skills & up skilling training programs that are aligned to organisational sales and marketing objectives. The Sales Capability Trainer will work with cross functional teams to deliver on the strategic and business priorities relating to the Sales Force. Your role will be varied and will include: Developing, implementing, and evaluating product, systems, and selling skills training programs Reviewing and evaluating all training interventions and materials, in order to continuously improve the effectiveness of sales training programs Collaborating with sales, marketing, and medical teams to ensure product, systems, and selling skills training requirements at national sales meetings and other key meetings are delivered and aligned to Brand Strategic Plans Collaborating with system administration to ensure CRM set-up is aligned to sales training objectives About you? To be successful in the role, you’ll be an L&D professional with the ability to understand the learning requirements of our field force and design learning that builds the right capabilities to achieve our brand strategies in the short to medium term. You’ll also have: A background in training including Instructional Design and Facilitation experience Marketing and sales experience will be advantageous A tertiary level qualification (business, science or education) Project and organisational change management skills Excellent communications and presentation skills A sound understanding of adult learning methodologies and facilitation Strong business acumen to engage stakeholders Why join us?
