Sales & Closing Manager

Tri Pointe Homes DC Metro is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic individual to join our talented group as a Sales & Closing Manager. Position Highlights: Provide leadership and coordination of escrow closing operations team which involves all aspects of the sales contract processing, opening escrows, and coordination of the escrow closing. Position Responsibilities: Recruit, train and manage sales, starts, and closing operations coordinators Manage updates to sales contract documents, addenda, forms, processes, and internal meetings relating to the home buying process. Lead weekly backlog calls Collaborate with sales management on sales training, systems onboarding, and updating policies and procedures relating to sales processes. Ensure the teams’ input of accurate data & data integrity within multiple systems including JDE E1, Salesforce, CPS/Envision, Corrigo to generate accurate reporting relating to sales operations. Lead migration process when systems are changed ex. Salesforce, E1, Envision, etc. Working alongside the Marketing Department to manage selling costs as well as ensure our community sales teams receive needed support. Partner with TRI Pointe Connect our affiliate mortgage company and the preferred title companies weekly and evaluate process changes relating to new regulations. Ensure the sales operations team has accurate information used to make decisions on a daily basis relating to business processes Develop and adapt business processes to improve functionality and efficiencies within the sales operations department. Creation and maintenance of all MLS listings of Showcase Homes. Creation and maintenance of weekly reports of sales, starts, closings, cancellations, Production Status Detail, Eliant Non-Responders, SalesForce Overdue Activities, and inventory homes. May coordinating efforts between Product Design, Purchasing, Marketing, and outside sources to activate the new product after working with Land Development to create pricing that is in line with the market as well as underwriting criteria. Manage CMA process with NHA team and Land Department, if applicable May coordination and processing of all Spec-Panels (for Showcase Homes) as well as Custom Change Requests Other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications: BA/BS; or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 5 years experience in the home building industry with knowledge of Real Estate Law required. Licensed according to state regulations preferred Production homebuilding industry experience preferred Technical proficiency with the escrow and title software Experience in title or closing of mortgage loans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent listening, organizational, and time management skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize to maintain file flow Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: The expected base salary range for this position is between $89,500 - $124,200 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday. Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus. Bonuses are earned, calculated and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s applicable incentive plan document.
