Our client who has been established for over 50 years have an exciting new role to work within their team as a sales support to the co-ordinators. 
The company boasts an impressive catalogue of products and systems in a variety of manufacturing industries. 

Reporting to the Sales team  the role of Sales Support will be responsible for providing quotations via CRM and processing customer orders ( Using the bespoke CRM system) efficiently and accurately.
High volume order processing , dealing with customers via phone / email - resolve order queries 
Experience of using SAP / ERP would be a distinct advantage

Previous experience of working in a Customer Service Environment Can demonstrate strong attention to detailsCan work well under pressure and still produce work qualityCommercially aware with sound commercial acumenTeam player and assist where necessary with Admin support
