Sales Coach
**Overview** BroadPath is hiring **Sales Coaches** to join our team. As our **Sales Coach** , you will play a crucial role in improving the performance and productivity of the sales team by providing guidance, training, and support to sales representatives and sales managers. This position involves developing and implementing effective coaching strategies, conducting training sessions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the sales organization. **Responsibilities** **Sales Training and Development** + Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team members + Create training materials, including sales playbooks, scripts, and presentations, to ensure consistency and best practices + Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and other relevant topics **Individual Coaching** + Provide personalized coaching to sales representatives and sales managers to help them improve their performance and achieve their targets + Analyze individual strengths and weaknesses and create tailored development plans to address specific needs + Offer constructive feedback and actionable recommendations to enhance sales techniques and strategies **Sales Performance Analysis** + Monitor and assess the performance of sales team members through data analysis and performance metrics + Identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential obstacles to sales success + Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop strategies for overcoming challenges and optimizing sales performance **Sales Process Improvement** + Work closely with the sales team to ensure adherence to the sales process and sales methodology + Recommend process improvements and modifications based on market trends and customer feedback + Help in identifying and implementing tools and technologies that can enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness + Coaches will act as the first level of troubleshooting and verification of agent/representative reported issues with Group Resources. **Motivation and Team Building** + Inspire and motivate the sales team to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and dedication + Foster a positive and supportive team environment that encourages collaboration and healthy competition + Organize team-building activities and recognition programs to boost team morale **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** + Must have active Health Producer License in their state of residency. + Sales coaches must have Agent/Representative call handling sales experience. + Sales coaches will be required to effectively take and pass a Simulated Call Assessment facilitated by a Vendor Lead or SME prior to overseeing a team. + Sales coaches must attend any on-going or refresher training that an Agent/Representative would attend. + Must obtain and maintain licenses **Preferred experience, systems, or skills:** + Proficiency with computers and Windows PC applications which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications and apply their ability of phone and non-phone activities. **License Required:** + Active Health License in state of residency **Diversity Statement** At BroadPath, diversity is our strength.
