To deliver the best customer experience, RISE works exclusively with technical services company Pathfinders, through which we maintain our benchmark average of 1.8 weeks installation time for business clients. Together, we operate GetaFIX, the biggest Internet eXchange in the Philippines that helps the efficiency of content and connectivity in the country. We also operate Open Access Network, a Fiber as a Service offering that helps reduce complexity for developers and telecommunication companies while increasing customer satisfaction.

The role of Sales Coach is to empower our sales team to achieve peak performance by providing expert coaching, developing effective training programs, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. The Sales Coach will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, improving sales efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoach and Mentor Sales Representatives: Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to individual sales representatives, offering guidance, feedback, and support to improve their performance and achieve sales goals.Develop and Implement Sales Training Programs: Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team, focusing on areas such as sales techniques, product knowledge, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.Conduct Performance Reviews and Evaluations: Regularly assess the performance of sales representatives, identify strengths and weaknesses, and develop individualized development plans to address performance gaps.Analyze Sales Data and Metrics: Utilize sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Share insights with the sales team to optimize their strategies and tactics.Collaborate with Sales Leadership: Work closely with sales leadership to align training initiatives with overall sales objectives and strategies.Foster a Positive and Motivating Sales Culture: Create a positive and supportive sales culture that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and a growth mindset.Facilitate Sales Meetings and Workshops: Organize and lead sales meetings, workshops, and team-building activities to foster knowledge sharing, skill development, and team cohesion.Measure and Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of training programs on sales performance and adjust training strategies as needed.Provide Ongoing Support and Guidance: Offer ongoing support and guidance to sales representatives, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing timely feedback to ensure their success.Influence Customer Decision-Making: Assist sales representatives in building strong customer relationships, effectively communicating product value, and influencing customer decisions.QualificationsAt least 3 years experience as a Sales Coach, Sales Manager, Senior Account Manager or equivalentProven track record in sales, with a strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a proven ability to develop and motivate sales teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and influence others.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data to identify trends and opportunities.Experience with sales CRM systems and learning management systems.A passion for sales and a desire to help others succeed.A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part or in support of a team.Hiring Process
