Professional level understanding and experience on delivering Sales Coaching and Sales Performance Analysis (Coaching Certification will be prioritized)Proven Knowledge and experience in dealing with HNW Clients using Wealth Management and/or Financial Planning and/or Portfolio Analysis approach (International Certification in Financial Planning or Wealth Management will be a great Bonus)Leadership experience in leading a small expert teamExperience in delivering Talks / public speaking / table talk in HNW eventsGreat Communication, especially to manager level and aboveSales Experience in selling Insurance to HNW segment and Training Delivery Experience are crucialProven Team Work & Self Management SkillsAbility to deliver training and create Training materials is a mustNegotiation SkillsInvestment Management/Analysis Skills (Certification will be a great Bonus)Nice to Haves:

Build Custom Development Plan for Privilege / Affluent / HNW Sales Force
Through Analysis of Performance Data, take lead to create the custom development plan for both Sales force that cater to Privilege / Affluent / HNW segment of both Danamon and DBS Bank that are aligned to Channel’s strategy and business targets Regularly review and validate the Training quality delivered to the Privilege / Affluent / HNW segment Sales Team through Skills Audit or Feedback or Performance Mapping or other means Monitor and analyse individual HNW Segment Sales Team (Bank Danamon and Bank DBS) performance and validate the performance with the fundamental activities to ensure proper alignment between the fundamentals with result
Provide Coaching and Professional level custom Development for HNW Segment Sales Team
Conduct Sales coaching to encourage continuous skills calibration and remedial to the Privilege Sales Team member to ensure continuous development of the Sales Team’s productivity. Sales Team member will also include Sales Leaders, as needed Conduct good and proper coaching documentations for all the Coachee
Assist in any HNW Segment Training
Deliver HNW Segment training and development sessions with learning validation (by assessment, roleplay, or other validation) to ensure lessons delivered are received by participants Deliver the HNW Training to Bank Staffs to develop skills alignment with Manulife’s Sales Team as needed (for Danamon CRMs and DBS RMs) Work closely with the Unit Head to align materials delivered with the skills needed by the channel
Material Development
Develop material, as needed, to support Sales Development on both DBS and Danamon, especially on Materials required to develop Sales to HNW segment Market Provide Sales Collaterals to HNW Sales Force to sharpen their skills that will improve productivity and APE, as needed
Day to Day Operations
Have a regular cadence with respective assigned Privilege Sales Leaders (PABDM and/or RSM) and with respective L&D Unit Head to plan action items that can be delivered to respond to challenges faced by privilege Sales Team Track development Privilege Sales Teams skills (Danamon FSP and DBS IS) through taking parts in skills audits, performance monitoring, conducted limited joint field works, and through regular Role Plays
Personal Development
Adopt AJMI culture of professionalism, integrity, effectiveness, dynamic, and customer centric attitude contributing to an internal environment of teamwork and promote positive brand image to Customers Undertake relevant training and personal development course as mapped by HR Department Comply with any specific responsibilities necessary as outlined by HR Department and ensure keep up to date with developments in these areas
Continuous Improvement
Proactive in providing development especially in HNW Knowledge and Sales skills for fellow L&D Training team member by creating co training or sharing sessions
Measuring and Reporting
Periodic reporting to Head of L&D and Sales Development Unit Head on HNW Skills of FSP/IS and on Trainer’s HNW skills, working together with Training Quality Unit, to measure the skills improvements
