We are seeking an experienced individual contributor to join the Emburse GTM team as a Sales Commissions Analyst. This role is responsible for implementing, administering, and reporting on commissions and incentive payments. The role will partner with Business Leadership, Finance, Sales Operations, HR, and Payroll to ensure commissions are calculated properly, accurately and according to approved commission plans. This role will also be responsible for addressing employee commission inquiries, performing validations, and obtaining required approvals. This position is critical in ensuring the Sales Compensation plans are executed as designed. The Sales Commissions Analyst is responsible for administering the company's commissions program using an auditable commissions processing system. This includes setting up and managing commission plans, calculating and issuing commissions, and resolving any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have strong financial and analytical skills, as well as experience with commission programs.What you'll do:Set up and manage commission plans, including defining goals, setting rates, and tracking performanceProvide input to the Comp plan design, led by GTM leadership (CRO & Rev Ops) and Finance.Administer the compensation plans and any commission toolsCollaborate with various stakeholders, including finance, HR, and sales leadership, to gather input, address concerns, and align the compensation plans with overall business strategiesAnalyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of the compensation plans, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for plan improvementsMaintain and manage a high volume of commission data inputs: Participant information, Credit Rules, Manual exceptions, and moreProvide support and training to sales team members on the commission programMaintain accurate records of all commission transactions and prepare payment information for regular auditsProvide input and recommendations for streamlining processes and making process improvements.Answer and resolve commission dispute ticketsAnalyze results, identify any variance to plan expectations, and recommend ways to address them#LI-LH1#LI-HybridWhat we're looking for:Military, Associate's, or Bachelor's Degree in a related field3 - 5 years of relevant Commission, or Sales Ops experience, preferably in the technology industryAdvanced MS Excel skills, knowledge of commission tools, and integration to SalesForce is highly preferredProficient in manipulating systems tools and large amounts of dataDemonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, growing, market-leading technology companyFlexibility to change in a dynamic environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively across multiple functions and with varied levels of managementSuperior quantitative and analytical skillsHighly motivated self-starter who can work independently or collaboratively as part of a teamResults-driven and comfortable handling multiple deadlinesHighly organized and able to plan and executeAbility to manage a wide range of projects, people, and deliverablesThe ability to work cross-functionally effectively with a focus of driving accountability and collaborationBusiness-level written and verbal communication skillsComfortable with public speaking skills in both online and in-person forumsStrong interpersonal skills used to collaborate with upline, downline, and across departmentsWell-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient solutionsA result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closureAn innate drive to innovate and optimize the use of available resourcesComfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
