Sales Compensation Rewards Coordinator

Provides support to Global Rewards managers on a variety of programs and projects with primary focus on executive and/or sales compensation programs. Includes data collection and analysis, modeling, reconciliation, auditing, and research. May also support broad-based compensation programs as needed.

With guidance, evaluate job roles and provide input on appropriate mapping/band/grade.Provide support regarding recommendations for new hire and internal offer packages, including global market pricingResearch and assess market prevalence and trends regarding compensation design as neededParticipate in third party market compensation surveysAssist with the administration of the compensation planning processes including merit, bonus, and equitySupport Rewards Managers and Leaders on preparing presentations and proposalsCompile recurring reports and share with stakeholdersMay support quarterly sales incentive payouts and sales plan production and distribution processProvide analytical support regarding ad hoc research and other related compensation projectsSupport ad-hoc rewards projects as neededBachelors degree required2 years of experience in Rewards function or comparable experienceExecutive, equity, or sales compensation experience preferredSignificant knowledge of Excel

Strong collaboration, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsCritical high-level attention to data integrity and accuracyAdvanced skills related to data gathering and manipulation for business analysisDemonstration to problem solve and think outside-of-the-box / self-starterStrong analytical, organizational, communication skillsCapable of managing multi-task assignments simultaneouslyComfortable reading/writing internal business documents, policy statements, and process reviewsWork is performed in an office or may be performed remotelyExpected to work some overlap hours to overlap with US business day
