About the Role

Responsible as administrator of monitoring, documenting, preparing Sales Compliance documents such as Compliance Memo, Distribution Disciplinary Memo. Person in charge to monthly report, Market Conduct Statistic, to Group Compliance. Assurance review which covering all aspects related to distribution channels (Partnership Distribution, Agency Channel, Corporate Solution).

Ensure the sales compliance documents is properly documented/storedGenerate sales compliance memo in a timely manner so that it can be issued to related parties timelyGenerate monthly report of Market Conduct Statistics to Group Compliance in a timely manner with the determined requirementsSupport Person in charge in sales compliance assurance review over the selected functions and/or cycles such as Corporate Solution, Partnership Distribution Channel, Agency Management, Recruitment and TrainingPerform sample testing of assurance review as agreed by person in charge and Head of Compliance.Ensure all assurance reviews steps have been properly implemented such as inquiry business process and controls, control testing and reportingFormalize finding with main purpose is to improve the organization controls, compliant, quality based on proper analysis.
