The Role:

Building business for the KAO Salon Division focusing on the brands Goldwell and KMS. Support and develop customers (Salons) in the assigned territory. Continuous vertical and horizontal expansion, ensuring long-term profitable revenue and growth. Consistent execution of the Global Salon Division's - Go To Market Strategy.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Northern Jutland – preferably Aalborg.

What you will do:

Be a partner to the salon owner in order to build a mutually beneficial growth path for the long run. Organise and/or conduct product introduction training for new salons. Represent the Salon Division at events held by associations and opinion leaders. Participate in all appropriate advanced training seminars. Coordinate communication and presentations for customers and ensure relevant support measures to branches. Act as ambassador for the Global Kao Salon Division. Sell the total portfolio of master brands. Liaise with head office regarding preparation and implementation of tour planning. Employ sales technique based on a 5+1 powerbrand strategy. Implement/execute salon division standard processes at all times. Grow and develop customer specific turnover plans to realise annual and long term targets. Join business planning strategy and SVC. Complete and submit sales reports as per company standard to your supervisor. Provide sales insight to the educator group to ensure collaborative cross functional expertise is shared. Employ 'defined hairdresser offerings' proactively to enhance customer development and loyalty in collaboration with your supervisor and the Studio Group Leaders. Analyse monthly revenue as per business standards, develop plans of action in the case of a negative budget deviation to achieve budget compliance and increased sales. Sell and manage portfolio Distribution master plan while demonstrating ability to build long lasting relationships via loyalty. Demonstrate knowledge in areas of SME and lead change (Partner, Portfolio, Grow). Use technology in role execution IPad, Digital, Sales force automation. Continuously consult with salon owners to encourage their growth while utilising negotiation techniques, working speedily and in an organised fashion. Continuously grow and exceed on targets set whilst employing a cost conscious approach. Thinking in terms of economics and be able to read and explain a customer P&L. Observe the market and competitor activities

What you will need:

Sales certificates and continuous capability training is highly preferred (documentation needed) Commercially astute, 2-3 years of professional experience (ideal in B2B Sector) Ability to cope with a variety of sales business cultures/personalities, prioritizes workload and able to commit to working regular long days and and balance working away from home for potentially 3-4 days per week. Ability to multi-task effectively. Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook. Confident, friendly, helpful, polite, accommodating and committed Business like appearance and ability to convey knowledge of current styles and trends Sociable, team spirited, adaptable Drive, intiative, independance, ability to make decisions, objective orientated High performer, staying power, reliability, readiness to learn
