The Sales Consultant is responsible for developing and growing our business by identifying and qualifying new leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing deals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success and the ability to analyze customer needs, develop and present solutions, and meet or exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

You will:

Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customersEstablish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationshipsContact customer leads through cold callingCoordinate sales efforts with team members and other departmentsAchieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomesPenetrate existing assigned accounts with new itemsMeet or exceed the assigned Sales budgetContact and re-establish relationships with lost accountsInput sales orders Inform his/her manager about customer problems, special situations/needsWork cooperatively with other sales associates and company staffAttend sales and other meetings as requiredComplete and maintain required paperwork and documentationParticipate in all company spiffs and promotionsReview accounts with customers on a regular basisFollow the company Sales Training Policy Qualifications

You have:

A College Degree and/or relevant experience Minimum of 3 years in a similar functioning role Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skillsExcellent prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
