What You Will Be Doing:

Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to assess client needs and preferences.

Provide personalized advice on window coverings, including blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery.

Present product samples, offer accurate measurements, and prepare detailed quotes.

Build lasting relationships by delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Stay updated on the latest design trends, product innovations, and industry knowledge.

Meet and exceed sales targets through consultative selling and expertise.

What You Bring To The Table:

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in window coverings, design, or home improvement.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

Exceptional attention to detail, especially with measurements and specifications.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.

Valid driver’s license is required.
